Please be advised that MyKibo is simply a marketplace connecting buyers globally with suppliers in Africa and does not offer shipping/delivery services but rather such shipment/delivery services are offered through MyKibo’s affiliates/shipment/delivery partners.

STANDARD SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

1.Placing and Processing of Orders

All orders for standard shipping products are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public hulidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or on a public huliday shall be presumed to have been placed on the next working day and shall be processed on such a day. You will receive another email after your order has been shipped.

Please make sure you double check the delivery destination address you share with us or our partners, this is because we cannot guarantee that such goods delivered at wrong address if lost shall be easily recovered.

2.Processing and delivery time

For all shipments to be delivered within African Continent, delivery period shall be within 3-5 days.

 

For all shipments to be delivered outside the African Continent, delivery shall be within 5-10 days.

 

If we are experiencing a high vulume of orders, shipments and deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment or delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Some of our partners might have their delivery terms which vary from ours, we call upon you to read through the delivery terms of your shipper before contracting with them.

3.Shipping Rates

We do not set rates for delivery since we do not make any deliveries, therefore, we call upon you to read carefully the shipping terms of your shippers such that you can best know how much are the shipping rates of such a shipper. We shall only endeavor that our partners charge fair and market price rates for deliveries.

4.HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow Fouty Eight (48) hours for tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within Fifteen (15) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mykibo.com with your name and order number and we will fullow up on the matter for you.
