Shipping Policy

OTI sells natural raw organic products, in bulk. The minimum order quantity is 1 ton (1,000kg).

  1. OTI is not responsible for clearing your items at the destination port. The client should engage the services of a clearing agent for assistance.
  2. OTI will require 8-28 working days to process your order and 3 extra working days for export clearance (shipping documents) after receipt of funds. The number of days required to process your order will depend on the volume of the order and the nature of the commodity. 
  3. The shipping documents will include a commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, and airway bill or the bill of lading (depending on the carrier).
  4. In case you assign your agent or representative to take care of the shipping of the consignment, your representative/agent has 3 working days to collect the consignment from OTI's facility. Failure to do so, the goods shall be sold out to another client and OTI shall proceed with a refund minus the cost of brank transfer. In the event you decide to proceed with the purchase of the order, after failing to clear the goods from OTI premises within the allotted time frame, OTI shall bill you of any surcharges (in case of price increase, etc.).
  5. The consignment will be shipped either by air or by sea, depending on the volume of your order. You will be advised to liaise with the airline or shipping company that will be used to convey their goods and take the appropriate steps to clear their goods within the grace period to avoid any inconvenience. OTI shall therefore make all shipping documents available to you. Copies of the shipping documents will be sent by email with hard copies attached to the consignment. A third copy will be mailed through any of the available and suitable express courier services. 

Refund Policy

There is no refund other the one expressly outlined in the shipping policy. Whatever OTI sells to you shall meet your specifications. You are to communicate back to OTI sales team on the condition of your order within 24 hours after confirm reception of and inspecting your order. Damages caused by the shipper would be covered by the maritime insurance policy signed with the shipping company.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

There is no return and exchange policy on both domestic and international orders. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may please put in a claim by email and we will take it up.
